1. No purchase/on-line entry necessary. Write your name, address, city,
state, zip code, contest name (t-shirt contest), and phone number on a 3" x 5"
paper , and send it to: soccersite contest, 326 First St. Suite 26, Annapolis, MD 21403.
One entry per envelope - Mail entries will be entered into the drawing for the day that
they are received. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. ALL ENTRIES
REGARDLESS OF METHOD MUST BE RECEIVED BY CONTEST DEADLINE STATED IN INDIVIDUAL CONTEST
RULES.

3. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents. Employees of soccersite,
sitestar, their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising
and production agencies, electronic media firms, and their immediate families are not
eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited
by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. Estimated

4. Prizes and estimated maximum retail values: (1) - a soccersite t-shirt valued at $20.00
5. Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted under the supervision of
soccersite, whose decisions are final. No duplicate winners. Winners will be notified by
mail or e-mail and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of
Liability which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification letter or
alternate winners will be selected. If winner is a minor, parent or legal guardian will be
required to execute Affidavit. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as
undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prizes except as
may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value
will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's
responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use
winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
illegible, postage-due entries, or internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or
transmission failures of any kind which may limit a person's ability to enter the
sweepstakes. soccersite is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any
other persons computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials
in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising the
sweepstakes on the internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other
cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion. Entries become the
sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. By entering, participants release
and hold harmless soccersite, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any
kind arising in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.

discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of
the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official
Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or showing intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR

7. On-line Entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the
natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider,
on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution
etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other
computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the
potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with
the winning entry.
